So I've been drinking coffee regularly since I was 16 and I'm 23 now. I successfully quit it and here is what happened:
-First two weeks: Felt a bit grumpy but otherwise more clear headed and pretty good.
-The next 4 months: Extreme and unending fear of death and hypochondria every day 24/7 as well as rapid heart rate.
I've been drinking it again for the last 3 days and I feel 100% back to normal and sane and healthy.
